Sesh Time is built to stay out of your way — and that includes staying out of your data. The app does not collect, track, or transmit any personal information. There is no account to create and no sign-in of any kind.
The short version
- No account, no sign-in, and no personal information is required to use the app.
- No analytics, no advertising, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs.
- Your presets and session history are stored only on your device.
- Nothing you do in Sesh Time is sent to us or to anyone else.
- Apple Health data is written only with your explicit permission — and never read back or collected.
Information stored on your device
Your settings, presets, and session history are saved locally on your device using Apple’s standard on-device storage. This information stays on your device, is included in your own encrypted device backups if you use them, and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. Deleting the app removes this data.
Apple Health
If you choose to enable it, Sesh Time can save a completed session to Apple Health as mindful minutes. This is entirely optional and requires your explicit permission, which you grant through Apple’s own Health permission prompt and can revoke at any time in the Health app or Settings.
When enabled, Sesh Time only writes mindful-minutes entries for sessions you complete. It does not read, receive, or collect any information from Apple Health. Health data is managed by Apple and stays under your control.
No tracking or analytics
Sesh Time contains no analytics frameworks, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Because nothing is collected, nothing is ever sold, shared, or used to profile you.
Children’s privacy
Sesh Time does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app is suitable for all ages.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Because the app collects no data, any changes are expected to be minor clarifications.
